As we are unable to track all deliveries, should your delivery not arrive by the end of these guideline times please e-mail us at admin@cleverclogs.ie
Clever Clogs Inc operates an express delivery service throughout Ireland. Spend over €35.00 and receive FREE delivery to anywhere in Ireland. If your order is under €35.00 then a flat delivery charge of €7.50 (incl VAT) will be added at checkout to cover the cost of shipping & administration charges to any address in Ireland.
For all UK addresses, a charge of STG£13.15 will apply regardless of the order value.
Delivery is by courier service so we must have full address and contact details of the person who will receive the package. You will be informed once your purchase has been dispatched. You can expect delivery within 3-5 working days. Although we use a very reliable third party courier service to deliver your purchase, we cannot guarantee exact delivery date. All non-deliveries have to be reported within 10 days. Contact us at admin@cleverclogs.ie arrange a replacement.
All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to admin@cleverclogs.ie within 7 days of the delivery date.
RETURNS POLICY
Customers are entitled to return any non faulty product for a refund / exchange within 14 days of date of purchase once the product is in perfect condition including any wrapping.
For Health & Safety reasons we are unable to refund / exchange consumable products.
Cost of delivery will not be refunded in event of an item being exchanged.
A restocking fee will be deducted from the original cost depending on the condition of the product on arrival at our address.
All return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
